Jayme Baggio — founder.

Jayme Baggio is a British media executive, strategy consultant and applied AI specialist whose career has covered commercial content strategy, branded entertainment, and AI-driven workflow systems. She is best known for her extensive tenure at Channel 4 and her work bridging media creation with artificial intelligence frameworks. Jayme has over a decade's experience across media, brand-building, and practical AI, working with some of the UK's most established brands such as BBC Studios, ITV, Google, Coca-Cola, M&S and HSBC.

Built Calm Authority — a LinkedIn thought leadership writing system for UK financial advisers — alongside founding adviser Harry Sims, Chartered Financial Planner. The app has been featured in Financial Times, Money Marketing and Professional Adviser. Her work with firms in the financial services sector revealed a wider commercial gap: most firms know AI matters, but few are using it to drive real ROI by making their expertise visible, delivering more value to clients, and growing the business.
